1. Who you're buying from

Paid reports listed on quickcommercemap.com are sold by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (Apexlayer Technologies), a private limited company incorporated in India.

2. What you're buying

Access to a city or state research report in our online research portal. Each report is an interactive dashboard, and for most major cities a designed PDF you can download as well; the report's product page states its page count, scope, and intended audience. A single-city purchase unlocks that one city; an All-Access subscription unlocks every city and state for its term. Reports are produced from publicly observable signals and our own data collection; they are research and analysis, not investment advice.

3. Pricing and tax

All listed prices are inclusive of applicable Indian GST. We will issue a GST-compliant tax invoice in your name (or your company's name, if provided) within 24 hours of payment.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in the portal at checkout via Razorpay (UPI, netbanking, or card). Access is granted to your account as soon as payment clears — typically within seconds, and within one working day at the latest.

5. Delivery

Delivery is by immediate access in the research portal at research.quickcommercemap.com under the account you paid with. Where a report has a downloadable PDF, you can download it from the portal for as long as your access is active. If access has not activated within one working day of payment, email trust@quickcommercemap.com for a full refund.

6. License

Your purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to one named individual or one organisation to use the report for internal purposes. You may quote short excerpts (no more than 200 words at a time) in external work with attribution. You may not republish or resell the report in whole or substantial part.

7. Refunds

If the report does not match its description, you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase by emailing hello@quickcommercemap.com with your invoice number. Refund-eligible cases include: significantly fewer pages than listed, missing chapters listed in the table of contents, or an unreadable file.

8. Updates and revisions

We refresh the underlying dataset monthly, and your report in the portal reflects the latest refresh for as long as your access is active. A single-city purchase includes those refreshes for that city; an All-Access subscription includes them for every city and state for its term.

9. Liability

Reports are provided "as is". Apexlayer Technologies disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by Indian law and limits its aggregate liability to the price paid for the report in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the product pages and in your purchase receipt email.
