1. Who you're buying from
Paid reports listed on quickcommercemap.com are sold by Apexlayer Technologies Private Limited (Apexlayer Technologies), a private limited company incorporated in India.

2. What you're buying
One of: (a) a store unlock: the exact location (a map pin) and street address of one dark store, kept on your account; or (b) a one-time pass for a city, a state, all of India (India Pro) or one app (Flipkart Minutes): every store in scope on the research portal map, exact locations one store at a time up to a daily limit, street addresses, the month each store was first observed, and the city or state reports where we have them. The price shown at checkout is the price for that scope; a city or state is priced by its number of stores. Plans bought before 30 September 2026 (Single City, All-Access, Pro) keep what they were sold with. Everything is compiled from publicly observable information and our own collection; it is research and analysis, not investment advice.
3. Pricing and tax
All listed prices are inclusive of applicable Indian GST. We will issue a GST-compliant tax invoice in your name (or your company's name, if provided) within 24 hours of payment.
4. Payment
Payment is taken in the portal at checkout via Razorpay (UPI, netbanking, or card). Access is granted to your account as soon as payment clears — typically within seconds, and within one working day at the latest.
5. Delivery
Delivery is by immediate access in the research portal at research.quickcommercemap.com under the account you paid with. Where a report has a downloadable PDF, you can download it from the portal for as long as your access is active. If access has not activated within one working day of payment, email trust@quickcommercemap.com for a full refund.
6. License
Your purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to one named individual or one organisation to use the report for internal purposes. You may quote short excerpts (no more than 200 words at a time) in external work with attribution. You may not republish or resell the report in whole or substantial part.
7. Refunds
If what you bought does not match its description, you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase by emailing hello@quickcommercemap.com with your invoice number. Refund-eligible cases include: significantly fewer pages than listed, missing chapters listed in the table of contents, an unreadable file, or an unlocked store location we cannot stand behind.
8. Updates and revisions
A pass is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it covers the data of the month you buy and the next two monthly updates, and nothing renews by itself. India Pro for 12 months covers every monthly update for a year. A store unlock shows the latest pin we have measured for that store. Plans bought before 30 September 2026 receive refreshes as they were sold.
9. Liability
Reports are provided "as is". Apexlayer Technologies disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by Indian law and limits its aggregate liability to the price paid for the report in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the product pages and in your purchase receipt email.
