The Complete India File · September 2026 edition
Every store we observe across seven delivery apps, in one file.
Delivery apps open a store only where enough orders sit nearby. Put seven apps' stores together and you see where delivery demand is concentrated, pincode by pincode.
Priced by scope. We reply personally by email.
What the file answers
- 01 Which pincodes have five or more delivery apps within 2 km, and which have none?
- 02 How many stores and how many residents sit within 2 km of a pincode?
- 03 Where is one app missing while its rivals are already there?
- 04 How do cities compare on stores per app, share, rank and stores per lakh people?
What is in the September 2026 edition

Ready views, not just rows
The workbook opens on answers. Each view is a sheet in Excel and a CSV of its own, and every file includes a read-me with the method and its limits.
01
Stores
One row per store: app, store type, name, locality, district, city, state and pincode, a map position with its precision label, and the month we first observed it. A street address appears only where we can place the store precisely.
02
Pincodes
For about 19,300 pincodes: which of the seven apps have a store within 2 km and how close each is, stores within 2 km, residents within 2 km, and a demand tier: A = 5 to 7 apps within 2 km, B = 3 to 4, C = 1 to 2.
03
Top pincodes by city
In each city, the pincodes where delivery demand is most concentrated.
04
Areas
Localities within each city, with their store count and which apps are present.
05
Cities
Stores per app, each app’s share, the city’s rank, and stores per lakh people.
06
Apps
Each app’s footprint nationally and by state, how often apps sit next to each other, and cities with only one app.
07
White space
Populated pincodes with no store nearby, and each app’s biggest gaps: pincodes where it is missing while rivals are present.
08
History
What we observed in April 2026, July 2026, August 2026 and September 2026. Counts rose partly because our method improved, so this is what we observed each month, not market growth. October 2026 is the first like-for-like month.

Every store carries a precision label
On the five dark-store apps in the September 2026 edition, 6,477 of 7,030 stores are placed exactly. A street address appears only where we can place the store precisely, because an address computed from an imprecise position would be plausible and wrong.
- Exact (within 250 m)
- 6,477 · 92.1%
- Approximate (within 1 km)
- 307 · 4.4%
- Area level (not placed within 1 km)
- 246 · 3.5%
Of 7,030 dark stores on five apps, September 2026.
What the file is, and is not
- It records what was publicly observable at the stated time. It is not a census and is not drawn from any app’s internal records.
- “First observed” is the first month a store appears in our files, not a launch date. A store we can no longer find is marked no longer detected.
- History counts rose partly because our method improved. Read them as what we observed each month, not market growth.
- QuickCommerceMap is an independent publication, not affiliated with and not speaking for Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Flipkart, BigBasket, Amazon or Reliance/JioMart.
How we compile it
We compile the file from each platform’s publicly observable store-locator information. Every figure carries its date, every store carries a precision label, and residents around a pincode are estimates we label as estimates.

Questions buyers ask
- Do the delivery apps supply this data?
- No. QuickCommerceMap is an independent publication. We compile the file from each platform’s publicly observable store-locator information. We are not affiliated with, and do not speak for, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Flipkart, BigBasket, Amazon or Reliance/JioMart.
- How is the file priced?
- By scope: all of India, a few cities, a state, a Location Shortlist, one file or monthly updates. Tell us what you need and we will quote it by email.
- How current is it?
- The current edition is September 2026. Every figure in it carries its date, and monthly updates are available.
- Are JioMart’s stores dark stores?
- No. They are Reliance stores (grocery, fashion and electronics) that fulfil JioMart’s quick delivery. The file labels them that way and counts them separately from the five dark-store apps.
- Can I see a sample first?
- Yes. Ask with the form on this page and we will send a sample for your city with the quote.
